Our spacious luxury villa is located in prestigious Calabay Parc and is stylishly decorated with modern furnishings and all the amenities that you are looking for on your vacation.  Our 4 bedroom villa has  1 king, 1 queen (both with en-master suites)  each have private entrances to the lanai and the pool, also 2 bedrooms with twin beds so you will have all the room that you need.  The bedrooms and main dining room is carpeted, and the other rooms in the villa have tile floors. The villa has 4 televisions sets, 2 DVD players, high speed internet, so bring your laptop along, and unlimited long distance within the U.S.   The bedrooms each have a radio alarm clock. The villa has central air conditioning as well as several ceiling fans in the rooms.

Enjoy one of the nearby restaurants, or you could dine in the fully stocked kitchen which comes complete with microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove, blender, toaster and coffee maker, as well as all the dishes and utensils that you would need to cook a gourmet dinner.  Groceries stores are within close distance to the villa. Enjoy your meals in the breakfast area, formal dining room or outside on the covered lanai.  Also, dozens of local restaurants deliver to Calabay Parc.   For your convenience you will also find a washer and dryer as well as an ironing board and iron. 

If you want some time to relax you will find the spacious living room the perfect place to settle in and watch some t.v. on the flat screen television or enjoy a DVD. 

They say location is everything, Disney is located 12 miles from the villa, and Universal Theme Park is approximately 20 miles. If you enjoy shopping you will find Outlet Store Shopping and malls all within a half hour, several beautiful golf courses that are close by and outstanding restaurants or treat yourself to a day at a nearby spa or you could take a drive to the gorgeous Gulf Coast Beaches.  After you had a fun filled day at the parks, golfing or shopping come back and enjoy the Florida sun or swim under the stars in the private pool  which can be fully heated (charges would apply).    The airport is also nearby. 

Children will enjoy the playground located in Calabay Parc, or they could play in the private yard at the villa with no rear neighbors.  We also have a highchair and strollers available for your use.
