Is The Home that i Reserve the home that i will be staying in?
Yes. We believe that you have the right to choose the home that you stay in, not everyone will be pleased with the home that they are staying in if it is allocated on arrival. Unless circumstances out of our control force us to relocate your reservation, you will stay in the home that you choose.
How do i get into the home?
All Orlando Vacation Villas on this site are either fitted with an electronic keypad, or a key safe. 8 Weeks prior to your arrival you will be sent instructions on how to get to the home, and the combination to access the key.
Do I need to clean the villa?
No, Prior to your arrival all Florida Villas are professionally cleaned and inspected. We do provide a mop, vacuum, broom, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and dust pan for your convenience. We do ask that upon your departure you start a wash load of towels to help assist our cleaning staff.
Do you offer maid service?
All Villas are self catering, and as such we do not offer a maid service. The Villas are cleaned before your arrival and again after your departure.
What is provided at the Villa?
All homes are individually owned and furnished, so no two are the same. However, all offer the same basic amenities, all are furnished to a high standard with all of the items you would expect to find in your own home. All pots, pans, linens, towels (Excluding beach towels), Washer, Dryer etc are provided.
What is not provided at the Villa?
All Villas are Self Catering, so you will need to bring with you all consumables. We provide enough soap, toilet paper, and dishwashing detergent to get you through the first day, after that you will need to purchase your own. No other cleaning materials, soaps, or other consumables will be provided.
Do you allow pets?
As a rule, no. However, there are some homes that will allow pets dependant upon their size. Please call 1-866-849-2434 for more information.
Can i smoke in the Villa?
All Villas are non-smoking, as required by the State Of Florida, and for the comfort of all guests. You may smoke outside on the lanai.
What should i do at Check-Out Time?
Please ensure that all windows and doors are locked, and all appliances are switched off. Leave via the front door and place the key back into the lockbox.
What should i do if there is a problem?
Every effort is made to ensure that you have a trouble free enjoyable stay. In the unlikely event that you have a problem, please call your local management company on the number that was provided with your driving directions. If you need further help, please call our office.
