My first time working with Sunshine Orlando
Rentals and staying at Terre Verde. A great gated community with nice clubhouse and pool. The staff were wonderful and the development well cared for. The condo was nice and clean. Location close to all Disney,
Universal, shopping, etc. Katie was great finding a rental that matched my needs. Would come again and work with Katie.

Drove 21 hours to get to Florida on a last minute trip without reservations. Contacted Katie on this website and received excellent customer service. She said go about your day and I will have a house for you. Sure enough, she got us a beautiful house and we loved everything about it. Best family vacation yet! We love your beautiful vacation home! We had more than enough space. The game room was great and we had so many movies to choose from. Wal-Mart and plenty of restaurants was only 5min away. We are definitely coming back soon.

I can honestly say that we were extremely impressed with the house. It had everything that we could want and more and was very clean. We had a fabulous holiday and it was so nice to come back each night to such a lovely house located close to everywhere we had been. We will definetly book this house again.
