By Listing your villa on www.sunshineorlandorentals.com you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You agree to the general booking terms and conditions
2. All bookings taken by www.sunshineorlandorentals.com will be subject to a 15% comission.
3. E-mail confirmation will be sent to the homeowner with booking details once a deposit has been received from the guest.
4. Booking procedure requires the guest to pay a 20% deposit, www.sunshineorlandorentals.com will deduct 15% comission from intial deposit.
5. www.sunshineorlandorentals.com comission is non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. Any applicable fees will be deducted from reservation deposit, these can include credit card fees and paypal fees.
7. www.sunshineorlandorentals.com will send driving directions and instructions to access your villa to each guest, this information must be provided by you, and the up to date lockbox code must also be made available to us at all times.
8. A $300 damage bond (Security Deposit) will be held by www.sunshineorlandorentals.com. Any claim against this bond must be made in writing to us, no later than 7 days after the guests departure. Damage claims must be accompanied by photographic evidence and a statement by your management company (where applicable) that we can provide to the guests.
9. Any and all legal action to obtain monies for damages in excess of $300 must be made between the guest and Owner. Sunsine Orlando Rentals will provide both parties will the others contact information.
10. Local Management company information must be made available and kept up to date.
11. Local Emergency Contact number must be made available and kept up to date.
12. Sunshine Orlando Rentals reserves the right to remove any listing where we receive repeated complaints regarding the condition and maintenance of the home.
13. If your vacation villa is sold or otherwise unavailable after receiving the deposit for a reservation, the homeowner is responsible for returning the full deposit amount received to our office address.
14. Final Payment is taken from guests 60 days prior to their arrival, final payment will be forwarded to the homeowner no later than 4 weeks prior to guests arrival.
15. Homeowners warrant that the information they list about their villa is current, and accurate.

Things to remember when listing your home.

Please bear in mind the following points when listing your home.

1. All listed rates should include taxes, and our 15% comission.
2. If a Credit Card is used to pay for the reservation, the homeowner / management company is responsible for the 4% processing fees, please be aware of this, or allow for this in your rates.
