A luxury Florida Villa on Indian Creek Estate, Kissimmee. Only 5 minutes from Disney world and 2 minutes from highway 192 and all its restaurants & supermarkets.
This Florida vacation villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and was completed in May 2004 on the Indian Creek Estate just off the 192 by marker 5 (Location). Furnished in a modern style to the highest standard and maintained in the same way by our management company who live on the estate.
The villa has one master bedroom and one Queen bedroom both with en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, sliding doors to pool area and flat screen cable TV. The en-suite has his & her sinks, a corner bath, large shower and walk in wardrobe. The second master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, flat screen cable TV and a large wardrobe. The en-suite has a bath with over-shower.
The third bedroom has two single beds, large wardrobe and overlooks the pool area. The fourth bedroom is a children's room and is decorated in the theme of Nemo & friends with bunk beds, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The lower part of the bunk is a small double allowing the room to accommodate 3 children. The third and fourth bedrooms share the third bathroom which also has an over-bath shower.
The lounge area has three leather sofas and decorated in a modern style with a large cable TV, DVD- VHS player and an Xbox. The dining room leads off the lounge area with a large dining table. The kitchen is well spaced out and includes every modern appliance as well as having a breakfast table.
All rooms have variable speed fans along with air conditioning. The garage contains a washing machine and dryer.
The outside area at the rear of the villa consists of an oversized pool & lanai (patio) area with a spa (heating at extra cost). It is south facing and has meshed screening. There is a large patio area where a table and chairs are available for outdoor dining. The pool is protected with a children's safety fence and pool door alarms. The villa itself is alarmed, which is monitored by Brinks Security linked to the local sheriffs department.
There are many on-site facilities on this quiet estate including a children's play area, basketball and tennis courts, a putting green and an all-weather football pitch, in addition to some very good golf courses nearby.
