Private 3 Bedroom Villa, Next to Playground, Inground Spa description
This one storey home, with 3 bedrooms (one master) and 2 bathrooms is located in the heart of Kissimmee, in a small community, Eagle Pointe which is approximately 8 miles to Disney World.
The private pool area is south facing, with a a large deck for plenty of sunbathing, and a shaded table for those hot summer months. The pool and spa have optional heat ($25 per day including tax), and is very private from the Florida Glass installed waste height around the pool.
Inside the home you will be welcomed with a very equipped kitchen, which has everything needed to cook those quick snacks, or a nice family dinner. Pots, pans, cultlery and plates etc are all in the home ready for use, along with a washer and dryer.
The dining table has seats up to 6 people, as does the two leather couches in the living room.
The Master bedroom has a King Bed, TV, Walk-in Closets and an en-suite bathroom. It also has patio doors leading out to the pool area.
The Second bedroom with a Queen Bed, TV, Closet and is located at the front of the home, shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3.
The Third bedroom "Disney Room" has two twins, and is inspired by Disney. It also has a TV, and Closet and shares bathroom with bedroom 2.
Baby Equipment can be ordered at no extra cost by emailing Sunshine Orlando Rentalls. Wireless internet has recently been added to the property.
