The living room opens directly to the pool deck. If you prefer to relax outdoors in the shade there is a large covered Lanai with thick cushioned furniture.
The fully equipped kitchen incorporates a breakfast/dining area, and has upgraded appliances including self-cleaning range, large microwave, fridge-freezer with ice & water dispenser on the outside of the door, coffee-maker, blender, waste disposal unit and dishwasher. A separate laundry area houses the automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.
Each of the 5 bedrooms, all with televisions, have ensuites and come equipped with high quality beds, linens, and towels. On the main floor is one Master King Bedroom and one Master Queen Bedroom, with radio-alarms, telephones, walk in wardrobes, luxury shower cubicles, hairdryers and twin wash basins. Also on the main floor is a Twin Master Bedroom, but can be converted to a king bed upon request. The two remaining bedrooms on the second floor include a Queen Master and a Twin Master Bedroom.
